I'm a psychologist focused on helping others to cope with change that results in a more empowering and fulfilling sense of self.  I'm hear to help you conquer mood instability, anxiety, behavioral addictions, or other life stressors that are keeping you from moving forward.  My experiences with children and adults experiencing grief, sexual dysfunctions, and couples therapy informs my work to bring out success and promote active healing.
I use an interpersonal framework of evidence-based theories to help you improve your relationships and understand your behaviors.  This work is especially effective for young adults struggling with identity crises, anxiety, & mood disorders.  I also have extensive experience in pre-marital therapy and blended families, which includes addressing issues of trust, infidelity, sexual addictions, and communication.
Feel free to view my website and contact me (email is best) for a free telephone consultation if you  have questions regarding psychotherapy and my services.
